2. Data We Collect and Why
When you submit our enrollment enquiry form, we collect the following personal data:
• Player's full name and age — to identify the player and match them to the appropriate program.
• Program selection — to process your enquiry for the correct batch.
• Parent or guardian's full name and contact phone number — required so we can call you to confirm your trial session.
• Email address (optional) — to send you program information if you choose to provide it.
• Any additional message you choose to include.
We collect only the information necessary to respond to your enrollment enquiry. We do not collect payment details, government identity numbers, biometric data, or any sensitive personal data through this website.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to:
• Contact you to confirm and schedule your free trial session.
• Answer questions about our programs and fees.
• Maintain an enrollment register for academy operations.

4. Third-Party Services We Use
Google Apps Script and Google Sheets: Form submissions are transmitted securely via Google Apps Script (a Google service) and stored in a private Google Sheet. This means your data passes through Google's servers. Google's privacy practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy.
Google Fonts: This website loads typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). When your browser requests a font, your IP address is transmitted to Google's servers. Google states it does not use this data for advertising purposes. You can use a browser extension to block this request if you prefer.
We do not use Google Analytics, Google Ads, tracking pixels, or any advertising technology on this website. We do not use cookies for tracking or profiling.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties other than the Google services described above.
5. Children's Data
Most players at Game Lens Academy are under 18. Where a player is a minor, we require an adult parent or legal guardian to complete the enrollment form on their behalf. By submitting the form, the parent or guardian confirms they are providing consent for the collection and use of the minor's personal data as described in this policy. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children without parental consent. If you believe a minor has submitted data without parental consent, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.
6. Photographs and Video
We may photograph or video-record players during training sessions and matches. This content may be shared on our website, Instagram page (@gamelensfootballacademy), and promotional materials. We will only do so if you have provided photo/video consent via the enrollment form, or separately in writing. You may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing us. All media will be removed within 30 days of a valid withdrawal request.
7. Data Retention
We retain enrollment enquiry data for up to 12 months. If you do not proceed with enrollment, your data is deleted after this period. Active enrolled players' records are retained for the duration of their enrollment and up to 12 months thereafter.
8. Your Rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), you have the right to:
• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Withdraw consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal).
• Nominate a person to exercise your rights on your behalf.

1. Acceptance

Prices and schedules are subject to change without notice. Please contact us directly to confirm current details before making any enrollment decision.
3. Enrollment Enquiries
Submitting the enrollment form on this Site constitutes an enquiry only. It does not constitute a binding contract or guarantee a place in any program. Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from the Academy and payment of the applicable registration fee. The Academy reserves the right to decline any enrollment enquiry at its discretion.
4. Fees and Refunds
Monthly fees are due in advance. The one-time registration fee (₹500) is non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed. Monthly fees for a period already commenced are non-refundable. If the Academy cancels a session, an equivalent make-up session will be provided. Scholarship and sibling discounts are applied at the Academy's discretion and may be reviewed periodically.
5. Child Safety and Parental Responsibility
All players under 18 must be accompanied to and from the training venue by a parent or guardian, or with prior written authorisation. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring their child's fitness to participate. Players with injuries or medical conditions must inform coaching staff before training. The Academy follows a zero-tolerance policy on bullying, harassment, and discrimination. Any incident must be reported to the head coach immediately.
6. Liability
Participation in football training carries an inherent risk of injury. While the Academy takes all reasonable precautions, we are not liable for injuries sustained during training or matches unless caused by our gross negligence. Parents and guardians accept this risk by enrolling their child. We strongly recommend participants have appropriate personal accident insurance.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, images, the Game Lens name, logo, and design — is the property of Game Lens Football Academy and is protected by applicable Indian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without our prior written permission.
